Wedges

Premium Japanese forge wedges. Made from soft S25C low carbon steel (1025) which gives unparalleled feel and allows easier custom bending for loft and lie angles (which is most critical in the short irons). The lofted wedges (56^°, 58^°, 60^°) are 'spin milled' which gives the face surface extra roughness and also have CNC machined scorelines. These provide deeper, sharper groove edges and give more 'bite' on less than full shots and from sand or rough.

Finished in a beautiful satin black oxide with light bead blasted scoreline area and topline, they are designed to slowly rust over time to give the ever popular vintage look. Available in 48^°, 52^°, 56^°, 58^° and 60^°.

These wedges offer real performance at an excellent price. Investment cast from super soft 304 stainless, these wedges can be easily customisable for loft and lie angles. Because 304 is a steel alloy that is actually softer than virtually all carbon steels it also means that feel is very soft and 'fluid'. With precision machined face and grooves, head to head consistency is increased. It also provides higher spin rates particularly from grassy lies and in wet conditions.

The Classic teardrop shape is finished in a matt gunmetal finish for reduced glare. Bead blasted scoreline area and topline aids ball framing and over time a light rust will give a vintage finish.
